For a long time I’ve been missing something to help me keep organized that was reenactment friendly. No matter if it toiletries, my sewing kit or my phone/wallet and other modern things while at a market. I ended up making these little pouches in a mix of wool from Roots of Yggdrasil ( my viking clothing company) with a linen lining. the have a zipper that blends in with the fabric for minimal visibility but keeping it safe and secure. even though I made these with the intent of not having to hide modern things at historical events or at least hide them I plain site but keeping them accessible I find myself using them in everyday life aswell. Keeping a piece of historical patterns and materials with me and incorporating pieces from reenactment into modern life is something that brings me so much pleasure and satisfaction. what would you use your pouch for?
